Watch the AI catch scope gaps subbies missed

"A builder mate showed me how he spends days comparing subbie quotes in Excel. I said there has to be a better way. So I built one."

— Matt, Founder of Mielvo

The full workflow. You upload.
Mielvo handles everything else.

Nine steps. Zero admin headaches.

Step 01

Upload your plans

Upload your full set of architectural drawings. Split them by trade inside the app — pages 12–18 go to Electrical, pages 19–25 go to Hydraulics. Need to update plans later? Swap the new pages in and every trade those pages were assigned to gets updated automatically. No re-uploading, no renaming, no version confusion.

Step 02

Upload your scope of works

Drop in your scope of works. The AI reads it and learns what's required for each trade — so it knows exactly what to check every quote against. Don't have the scope ready yet? No worries. Add it whenever you're ready.

Step 03

Add your subbies, set your rules, and hit send

Add your subcontractors' email addresses for each trade. Set how often you want non-responders chased and how many clarification emails the app sends automatically. Click send. Mielvo emails every subbie with the plans and a quote request. You don't type a single email. Now let the app handle the rest.

Step 04

Mielvo chases and clarifies automatically

Subbie hasn't responded? Mielvo follows up automatically. When a quote comes back that's vague or missing scope items, Mielvo emails the subbie asking them to clarify what's included and what's not. You don't touch anything. Every message between the app and the subbie is stored so you can see the full history.

Subject: Missing items on your Electrical quote — Smith St Project

Hi Ray, your quote doesn't appear to include LED downlights ×36 or data cabling. Please resubmit with these included, or confirm if they're excluded and why.
Step 05

Quotes come in, compared against your scope

Quotes arrive with clarifications included and get compared against your scope of works automatically. Missing items flagged. Inclusions and exclusions pulled out. Different formats, different layouts — doesn't matter. You see exactly what every subbie included and what they left out.

Step 06

Set your trade budgets

Set a budget for each trade before you compare. When you review quotes, you'll see straight away who's over budget and who's under — so you're not just comparing subbies against each other, you're comparing them against what you planned to spend.

Hydraulics
Budget$24,000
Mechanical

Step 07

Review and compare quotes against each other

Review your quotes and compare them side by side, line by line. Common items matched up. Unique inclusions and exclusions shown clearly. The AI recommends which quote looks strongest based on price, scope coverage, and completeness. See at a glance which quotes are over or under your trade budget. You review. You decide.
