Mielvo uses AI to extract and compare quote data. Like all AI systems, it can occasionally misread or misinterpret information. We recommend a quick review of extracted data before making final decisions. The AI is a tool to assist you—not replace your professional judgement.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Mielvo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.

2. AI-Assisted Analysis

Our Service uses AI to extract and analyse quote data. While we continuously improve accuracy, AI has limitations. By using this Service, you understand that:

AI-extracted data is a starting point and may need minor corrections
We work hard to improve accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% precision
You remain responsible for verifying important figures before making business decisions
The AI learns and improves over time based on corrections and feedback

3. Your Data

We take your data seriously. By using our Service:

Your documents are stored securely and encrypted
Your data remains yours—we do not sell it to third parties
We may use anonymised, non-identifiable patterns to improve our AI and develop future products
Pricing data may be used (in aggregate, anonymised form) to build industry benchmarking tools
You can request deletion of identifiable data at any time

By uploading quotes and project data, you grant Mielvo a licence to use this data in anonymised form for product development, analytics, and industry insights.

🔒 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, features, and functionality of Mielvo—including the AI models, algorithms, user interface, and branding—are owned by Mielvo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The Mielvo platform, including all software, AI models, designs, and content, is the exclusive property of Mielvo. You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
Use the Service to build a competing product
Scrape, extract, or harvest data from the platform
Share login credentials or allow unauthorised access
Reproduce or redistribute any Mielvo content without permission

Your uploaded documents remain your property. We claim no ownership over your quotes, scopes, or business data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mielvo only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the system
Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others
Resell access to the Service without authorisation

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

Occasional AI inaccuracies (always verify important figures)
Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
Business decisions made based on AI-extracted information

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to any claim.

7. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment
Cancel anytime—no lock-in contracts
Prices may change with 30 days notice

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access ends but we retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
